Shape the home
Turn the property, priorities, rooms, and architectural direction into a home that fits the way you live.

A better way to plan your custom home
Your time is valuable. The Six Arrows Blueprint brings the design, decisions, pricing, and construction path into one guided process—before the build begins demanding answers.

A better experience
You have better things to do than coordinate every professional, chase every answer, and make expensive decisions under pressure.
The Blueprint protects your time by doing the hard thinking before construction starts.

The work before the work
What happens inside the Blueprint
Turn the property, priorities, rooms, and architectural direction into a home that fits the way you live.
Select the materials, fixtures, and finishes that drive both the look of the home and its real cost.
Put actual plans and selections in front of trades and suppliers—not vague allowances and hopeful estimates.
Bring the scope, budget, decisions, and expected sequence together before the first day on site.
Interior selections
It does need a clear way to make the choices.
Some clients select with Six Arrows guidance. Others need an interior designer or another outside professional. That support is matched to the project—it is not automatically included in every Blueprint.
The important selections are made before construction begins. You can still change your mind later, but changes may affect price, ordering, or schedule.

What you leave with
Not a collection of ideas. A coordinated body of work your construction team can use.
The design and technical information required for the project's approved scope.
A documented record of the important materials, fixtures, finishes, and decisions.
Pricing developed from real plans, selections, and trade or supplier input.
Clear expectations for what is included and what the construction team is preparing to build.
An expected sequence and schedule built around the developed project.
Your purchased completed Blueprint work is yours and may be used with another qualified builder.
How the engagement begins
Every home requires a different level of design, selection, pricing, and professional coordination. After a short conversation, we define the Blueprint scope and fee before any work begins.
01The Blueprint is a paid preconstruction engagement, and the agreed fee is paid upfront.
02Six Arrows must always have funds available for outside planning costs. Additional funds are collected before expanded scope or outside costs proceed.
03No portion of the Blueprint fee is currently credited toward construction.

What clarity feels like
It is watching a home you already understand come to life—with a team you trust and a path you can see.
We prepare an expected construction sequence and schedule from the developed scope. Real project conditions can change timing, so Six Arrows does not guarantee a move-in date.
